How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

  • working on segmentation and building the customer lifecycle by region and country

  • developing and implementing motivational programmes for customer retention by region and country

  • validating hypotheses of customer interaction through various CRM activities

  • analysing CRM activities through A/B testing and providing recommendations based on their results by region and country

  • monitoring and responding to competitors’ actions in terms of marketing

  • managing cross-team projects and partially communicating with developers

To achieve the results, you will need:

  • experience in building a customer lifecycle in b2c companies

  • experience in formulating, setting and describing the ToR for obtaining the necessary data

  • experience in analysing the customer base through cohort analysis, RFM analysis, etc.

  • experience in developing and implementing motivational customer retention programmes

  • advanced Microsoft Excel skills (for data analysis)

  • experience in risk management

Challenges for three months:

  • adapting in a team and group of colleagues

  • getting to know all available data sources

  • getting to know the current customer lifecycle and making suggestions for its improvement

  • setting up analytical monitoring of the situation on the client base by country

How do you manage your working hours?

  • You determine a convenient time for yourself;                      business hours, when everyone is always in touch, are from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

  • You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world

  • 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)

  • day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company

  • day off for blood donation

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?
