How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

  • developing and implementing a partnership strategy to attract new customers and create additional value for existing ones

  • developing a loyalty programme

  • seeking and implementing joint activities and mutually beneficial programmes with partners

  • building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners

  • seeking and implementing sponsorship projects, including BTL activities

  • analysing the effectiveness of implemented projects and generating reports

  • organising team work and mentoring specialistsс

To achieve the results, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Lead/Head in a product company or as a Business Development Manager in companies with large-scale co-brand projects

  • 5+ years of professional experience

  • effective team management and cooperation with many partners at the same time

  • successful experience in problem solving, communication and presentation skills

  • responsibility and attention to detail

  • analytical and entrepreneurial mindset

  • experience in successful project management

  • English Upper-Intermediate

Challenges for three months:

  • updating the long-term plan of partnership activities to fill loyalty programmes with valuable partnership offers

  • improving regular reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects

  • improving processes for finding and working with partners on a long-term basis

  • establishing communication processes with partners

  • achieving loyalty programme targets and scaling

How do you manage your working hours?

  • You determine a convenient time for yourself;                      business hours, when everyone is always in touch, are from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

  • You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world

  • 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)

  • day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company

  • day off for blood donation

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?
