Uklon will be available around the clock in seven additional cities across Ukraine

Starting from 00:00 on February 7, 2026, the Uklon app will operate around the clock in seven additional cities: Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv. The company is expanding its service hours in response to a Government resolution and a public appeal from the President of Ukraine to support citizens amid the ongoing energy emergency.

The service is now available 24/7 in 26 Ukrainian cities, ensuring more residents can reach “Invincibility Centers” (Points of Invincibility), heating and charging stations, or deliver essential groceries to themselves and their loved ones whenever necessary.

“We continue to scale our 24/7 operations because we see a genuine demand for maintaining urban vitality. Amidst energy challenges, mobility becomes a basic necessity — the ability to reach warmth, connectivity, or medical care at any time of day. We are also grateful to our partner drivers who support their cities’ resilience during these difficult times,” says Mykola Soroka, Head of GR at Uklon.

Full list of cities where Uklon operates continuously:

  • North & Center: Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kremenchuk.

  • East: Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv.

  • South: Mykolaiv, Odesa.

  • West: Ivano-Frankivsk, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod.

Please note that as of February 2026, special permits are required to operate during curfew hours in all cities except Kyiv and Uzhhorod. In Kyiv, permits are not required for trips to “Invincibility Centers” or heating stations. However, conditions are subject to change based on decisions by local Regional Military Administrations. Partner drivers with valid permits can fulfill orders, helping residents reach heating stations, medical facilities, and train stations.

Uklon has a proven track record of operating during curfew hours, having served Lviv 24/7 for 1.5 years. Since January, the app has been available round-the-clock in 19 cities, including Kyiv. Uklon remains fully committed to collaborating with local authorities to provide essential support to residents.
