Olena Orlova has become the Chief Ride-hailing Officer at Uklon

Uklon has announced the appointment of Olena Orlova as Chief Ride-hailing Officer. Effective February 1, this move is a key step in Uklon’s transformation toward a platform-based structure—dividing the company into distinct business units, each with its own P&L (Profit and Loss) and leadership.

Olena Orlova, who previously served as Chief Marketing Officer, will now focus on the management and strategic development of the company’s core business unit: ride-hailing across both B2C and B2B segments. In her new role, she will report to Chief Operating Officer Vadym Ishchenko and lead a team of over 90 specialists.

“For me, this is both an exciting challenge and a natural progression of my professional journey at Uklon. Leading our core business direction as Uklon evolves into an ecosystem of products and solutions is an opportunity to further enhance our flagship urban mobility service. My goal is to continue delivering even greater value to all our riders and drivers,” says Olena Orlova, Chief Ride-hailing Officer at Uklon.

Olena Orlova joined the Uklon team in 2019 as Head of CRM before moving up to lead the marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer. She brings over 10 years of experience in leading marketing teams, specializing in data analytics, campaign automation, and building “lovemark” brands. Prior to her career at Uklon, Olena worked with brands such as METRO, Platinum Bank, and Solar Home.
