Uklon Closes Deal to Acquire Ukrainian E-Scooter Operator e-Wings

August 7, 2026 — Uklon has announced the closing of a deal to acquire 100% of the operator e-Wings. The transaction value amounted to UAH 97.6 million before adjustments.
The acquisition of e-Wings marks the first buy-side M&A deal in Uklon’s history and another significant step toward transforming the platform into an ecosystem of products and services. The ecosystem currently includes the Uklon online ride-hailing service, Uklon Delivery, the Uklon Ads platform, the Uklon Travel bus ticketing service, the Uklon Store marketplace, and now a new micromobility vertical — Uklon Scooters.
“This deal is a milestone moment for Uklon: for the first time in our history, we are scaling through M&A, and we are doing so deliberately, choosing a direction that strengthens our ecosystem. Uklon Scooters will become another touchpoint with users in daily urban mobility,” commented Serhiy Hryshkov, CEO of Uklon.

To develop the new direction, the company has formed a dedicated business unit — Micromobility — headed by e-Wings co-founder Roman Motruk as Head of Micromobility. Roman will focus on the strategic development of the micromobility sector and building synergy with other Uklon ecosystem services. Oleh Bilyi, e-Wings co-founder who previously oversaw operations, has taken the role of Head of Micromobility Operations, managing key operational business processes. The micromobility team will operate under the leadership of Vadym Ishchenko, Chief Operating Officer at Uklon, who is responsible for the growth of new products and services within the ecosystem. In total, over 20 team members from e-Wings have joined Uklon.
During the transition period, the e-scooter rental service will continue operating via the e-Wings app across all 11 cities of presence. Meanwhile, Uklon has already begun integrating the micromobility service into its main app.
“Joining the Uklon ecosystem represents a fundamentally new level for our team. I am confident that combining our 7 years of operational experience with Uklon’s powerful brand and resources will take our service to a new level and make moving around the city even more convenient for users,” comments Roman Motruk, Head of Micromobility at Uklon.
e-Wings is a Lviv-founded e-scooter operator present in 11 Ukrainian cities: Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Kremenchuk, Sumy, Horishni Plavni, Drohobych, Zolochiv, Ternopil, Irpin, and Chernihiv. The total fleet of connected e-scooters is approximately 3,000 units.
According to the financial report published by Kyivstar Group Ltd., Uklon’s total revenue reached $32.8 million in Q2 2026, marking a 51% increase compared to the same period last year.
