How to delete Your Uklon account?

To delete your Uklon account:

– open Uklon mobile application on your mobile device;
– click Profile on the menu of the Uklon application;
– click the Delete account button;
-confirm the deletion of the account by clicking the Delete button.

After we process Your request and identify You, we will delete your account, except for:

– an unresolved issue with Your account (such as arrears, active and/or pre-orders, unresolved claims, or disputes);

– You have a Uklon Driver account (in which case You have the option to delete your Uklon Driver account).

If your account is deleted, personal data will also be deleted from the database, except when this data is required to achieve the legitimate purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data required for the above purposes will be stored for 3 (three) years or for a longer period for storing such information/data if required by applicable law.

How to delete Your Uklon Driver account?

To delete an account Uklon Driver:

– open Uklon Driver mobile application on your mobile device;
– click Profile on Uklon Driver application menu;
– click the Request to delete account button;
– confirm the request to delete your account by clicking the Send request button.

After we process your request and identify You, we will delete Your account, except for an unresolved issue with Your account (such as a debt, presence of violations of the rules of the service in which signs of fraudulent actions were revealed or other actions that violate applicable law as a result of which there was a suspension/termination of access to the Uklon Driver online service, unresolved claim, or dispute).

Please note that if You delete your Uklon Driver account and still have an Uklon account, Uklon account will be deleted along with your Uklon Driver account.
