135 Million Rides, 140 Thousand Returned Items, and 46 Thousand UAH in Tips from a Single Rider: Uklon Shares 2025 Year-End Results

Uklon has summarized the year for its ride-hailing and delivery services in Ukraine. The company shared key statistics on how Ukrainians moved with Uklon: the most frequent destinations, when and where they ordered deliveries, and the records set by cities and users in 2025.

“Every year, Uklon witnesses hundreds of thousands of stories about how Ukrainians move this world—with passion, humor, resilience, and love. Some travel thousands of kilometers, some lose and find their belongings again, and others make 400 donation-trips or leave tips large enough to buy a new phone. Uklon exists specifically for these stories: to make every trip, short or long, more convenient, safer, and a little bit simpler. In 2026, we will continue to create a service that works not for everyone at once, but for each specific person—with their unique route, rhythm, and small daily records,” said Serhii Hryshkov, CEO of Uklon.

How Did Riders and Drivers Move with Uklon?

This year, Ukrainians travelled over 915 million kilometers with Uklon — roughly equivalent to 1,190 full round-trips to the Moon. In total, nearly 135 million trips took place during the year, accounting for over 30 million hours, or 3,470 years. The longest single trip stretched 1,075 km along the Kyiv – Odesa – Zhytomyr route. The most active days of the year by number of trips were Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Rights Day (including its eve on March 7), the Friday before Independence Day, and Halloween.

Where Did Ukrainians Go?

Traditionally, across all cities, the most popular destinations were railway stations. The only exception was Kharkiv, where the Nikolsky Shopping Mall surpassed the Southern Railway Station in popularity. Additionally, Uklon users made over 17,000 trips using the “Intercity” class. The most popular routes in this category were Bila Tserkva to Kyiv and Kamianske to Dnipro, with peak demand occurring on weekends.

Champion Cities

Uklon also identified cities that set records based on service usage patterns:

  • Kyiv earned the titles of Business City and Cashless Flagship due to the highest share of “Business” class trips and digital payments.
  • Odesa became the Pet-Friendly City and “Women’s” Class Ambassador, holding the highest share of trips with pets and trips in the Women’s class.
  • Bila Tserkva was named the Cash Payment City for having the highest share of cash transactions.
  • Kharkiv received the Wait-Time City nomination for the longest average waiting time for a rider after the car’s arrival.
  • Chernivtsi became the Most Punctual City with the shortest average wait time.
  • Kherson was recognized as the City of 5-Star Riders for the highest share of five-star reviews for users.
  • Kryvyi Rih is the champion of the Express Home nomination, where drivers most frequently use the “Home” filter to take orders toward their place of residence.
  • Bukovel, as expected, became the Minibus Champion: every tenth trip within the resort complex is made by minibus.
  • Lviv holds the title of Forgetfulness Capital, being the city with the highest share of items left behind in vehicles.

Our Record Breakers

In addition to city records, Uklon highlighted users who showed exceptional activity in various categories:

  • Promocode Hunter: A user who completed 274 trips using discounts.
  • Feedback Guru: Left 425 written reviews about trips over the year.
  • Most Demanding Rider: Contacted Customer Care 186 times.
  • “Life is Interesting”: An adventure-loving rider used the “Driver” (valet) service 78 times.
  • Philanthropist: Made 452 trips using the “Regular Donation” feature, donating 94,000 UAH over the year.
  • Tip Tycoon: The most grateful rider left over 46,000 UAH in tips throughout the year.
  • Top-Tier Driver: Received 5,435 five-star ratings.

Uklon “Inclusive”

In 2025, Uklon continued to develop its “Inclusive” car class for people who use wheelchairs. Currently, the class includes 9 inclusive vehicles available in Kyiv, Lviv, and their suburbs. During the year, users made approximately 13,000 trips covering over 135,000 kilometers. The most frequent destinations were medical infrastructure facilities, cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls. The average distance for these trips was over 10 km, confirming the vital social necessity of the service. To make the service even more inclusive, Uklon also added notifications for users regarding a driver’s disability—specifically in cases of mobility, hearing, or speech impairments.

Uklon Delivery Statistics

The Uklon Delivery service is most popular among Kyiv residents, who account for more than half of all deliveries. Delivery is most frequently used during lunch hours, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The top five most popular establishments for orders include Kyiv’s Namelaka, Tisto, Syr i Titka Bella, Mimosa Brooklyn Pizza Kyiv, Rebernia na Arsenalnii, and Rebernia na Uzvozi. As with rides, the busiest days for Uklon Delivery fell on holidays: Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Rights Day (March 7-8), Mother’s Day, and Halloween.

Support and Lost & Found

Over the year, Uklon’s Customer Care spent more than 187,100 hours processing inquiries—time that could have been used to watch the director’s cut of The Lord of the Rings trilogy 15,500 times. The longest call with Customer Care lasted 1 hour and 46 minutes. The most unusual request was a requirement for music to be played in the car; the rider was transporting bees in hives and needed the music to help the bees sleep. Over the year, Uklon riders left behind and had returned over 140,000 items.

What’s New?

Beyond the statistics, we are pleased to summarize the key strategic changes and innovations of 2025:

  • Kyivstar and Uklon closed a deal for the purchase of 97% of Uklon’s corporate rights.
  • Kyivstar Group, the strategic owner of Uklon, began trading on the Nasdaq exchange under the tickers “KYIV”/”KYIVW,” becoming the first and only company to date with a business exclusively in Ukraine to be traded on a US exchange.
  • Uklon launched the new “Women’s” class in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Lviv—allowing female riders and drivers to choose to ride only with other women.
  • Uklon expanded the presence of its “Business” and “Prime” classes: “Business” is now available in Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Poltava, and Rivne, while “Prime” is available in Dnipro and Odesa.
  • Since October, Kyivstar subscribers can use Uklon apps without consuming mobile data.
