Serhiy Hryshkov was named one of Ukraine’s top CEOs according to NV

Media holding NV has named Ukraine’s top CEOs, with Uklon CEO Serhiy Hryshkov winning in the Service Platforms category.

Over the course of six months, NV, together with Odgers Ukraine and The Wellbeing Company, researched the largest companies across 10 industries: analyzing financial metrics, surveying employees, and conducting interviews with executives. The aim of the study was to identify who manages to maintain the resilience of their business and team during a full-scale war. In addition to business performance, researchers evaluated personal leadership qualities—humanity, open communication, dedication to company goals, and care for the team.

“I thank the teams at NV, Odgers Berndtson, and The Wellbeing Company for this thorough research and for this important new award recognizing Ukrainian business leaders. This award belongs to the entire Uklon team—the people who turn strategy into concrete solutions, products, and results every day. For us, this is more than just a job: the purpose of everything we do is greater than ourselves. We do this for society, for the economy, for Ukraine—and in recent years, above all, for its defenders,” emphasized Serhiy Hryshkov at the award ceremony.

Transformation during the war

During the years of full-scale war, Uklon has not only maintained its market leadership position but has also undergone a large-scale transformation—both externally and internally. The company is developing as an ecosystem of services, investing in product development, launching new solutions for riders and drivers, and refining internal processes and culture. Behind this is a team of 900 specialists, thanks to whom the company moves forward even in the most challenging times.

About Serhiy Hryshkov’s leadership

Serhiy Hryshkov took over as CEO of Uklon in the summer of 2023, following the co-founders’ departure from operational management. During this time, despite a difficult business environment, the company achieved key commercial and operational results: Uklon’s revenue reached approximately $101 million in 2025.

Today, 5.2 million active clients in Ukraine and Uzbekistan use Uklon’s services, over 100,000 partner drivers cooperate with the company, and the team numbers over 900 employees.

Under Serhiy Hryshkov’s leadership, Uklon expanded into a new international market—Uzbekistan (in 2023)—strengthened its internal organizational model, and preserved its corporate culture during its 2025 integration into Kyivstar and the international VEON group.

During his tenure, Uklon established itself as an innovation leader in Ukraine’s mobility sector, becoming the first to initiate a public dialogue on the development of autonomous transport in the country.

The results for the second quarter of 2026 confirm the effectiveness of the chosen strategy: Uklon’s revenue reached $32.8 million—a 51% increase compared to the same period last year. All key operational metrics of the company grew in both Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
