Notification of change of the administrator of the Online service “Uklon” and the provider of access to the Online service “Uklon Driver”

On May 26, 2025, the administrator of the Online service “Uklon” will be changed, including the administrator of the online service for organizing Inclusive class transportation and the provider of access to the Online service “Uklon Driver”.

Starting from May 26, 2025, all rights and obligations of the administrator of the Online Service “Uklon”, including the administrator of the online service for organizing Inclusive class transportation, and the provider of access to the Online service “Uklon Driver” are transferred to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UKLON CORPORATE” – a legal entity established and registered under the laws of Ukraine, identification code 44378710, location: 04073, Kyiv, pr-t. S. Bandery, bldg. 20B, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as “UKLON CORPORATE LLC”).

In this regard, UKLON CORPORATE LLC acquires the status of:

• Administrator in the User Agreement (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/user-agreement/);
• Administrator in the Public Offer of the Transportation Organizer (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/transportation-organizer/);
• Administrator in the User Agreement for the Inclusive Class (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/user-agreement-inclusive/);
• The Party – the provider of access to the Online Service “Uklon Driver” in the Public Offer for providing access to online service (software products provision) (supply of software) (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/offer-partner/);
• Personal data controller in the Privacy Policy (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/privacy-policy/);
• Party (“Uklon”) in the Cookie policy (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/cookie-policy/);
• Party (“Uklon”) in the Terms for Providing Beta Versions (at the link: https://uklon.com.ua/en/terms-and-conditions-en/beta-terms/;

(hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Public Documents of Uklon”).

On May 26, 2025, information about the new administrator of the Online service “Uklon” and the new provider of access to the Online service “Uklon Driver” (legal name, address, identification code, bank details, means of communication, etc.) will be set in Public Documents of Uklon.

The User of the Online service “Uklon” or the Uklon Partner confirms that he/she has read this Notification and agrees to change the administrator or provider of access by taking actions that indicate the continued use of the Online service “Uklon” or the Online service “Uklon Driver” and fulfillment of the terms of the relevant Public Documents of Uklon after May 26, 2025, including, but not limited to: using the “Uklon” or “Uklon Driver” account, or placing orders, or accepting and fulfilling orders, or paying remuneration for access to the Online service “Uklon Driver” in favor of UKLON CORPORATE LLC, etc.

In case of disagreement to change the administrator of the Online service “Uklon” and the provider of access to the Online service “Uklon Driver”, the User of the Online service “Uklon” or the Uklon Partner is obliged to immediately stop using the Mobile Application and/or the Website. Continued use of the Mobile Application and/or the Website after May 26, 2025, constitutes the unconditional consent of the User of the Online service “Uklon” or the Partner Uklon to changing of the administrator or provider of access and unconditional consent to the content of the Public Documents of Uklon as amended on May 26, 2025.

UKLON CORPORATE LLC reserves the right to block and delete the account of the User of the Online service “Uklon” or the Uklon Partner who has not agreed to change the administrator or provider of access after May 26, 2025.

All terms used in this Notification have the meanings given in the Public Documents of Uklon.
