Hiring process:

Pass only one stage of the interview up to 1 hour (introduction + technical interview)

How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

  • controlling the provision of new accesses to employees and third parties, setting security requirements for granting accesses

  • verifying access requests

  • creating users, granting accesses

  • monitoring the lifetime of accesses

  • reviewing accesses periodically

  • blocking and deleting accounts

  • supporting and suggesting improvements to the employee Access Matrix

  • participating in the development of new and updating of old rules for granting accesses

To achieve the results, you will need:

  • at least 1 year of experience as an Access Manager

  • knowledge of the main Active Directory objects: User management, Organisational Units, Security Groups, Containers

  • understanding of access granting models

  • understanding of the principles of working with the service desk

  • understanding of the principles of authentication and authorisation

  • understanding of the principles of building access matrices, roles and rights

  • knowledge and ability to work with Excel or other spreadsheets

  • knowledge of the principles of network and information security

  • Pre-Intermediate English level (reading and understanding of technical documentation)

Challenges for six months:

  • master the Company’s corporate systems and control access to them

  • update the register of systems that do not have centralised access

  • create a plan for the transition to authorisation of all corporate systems to the active directory

How do you manage your working hours?

  • You determine a convenient time for yourself;                      business hours, when everyone is always in touch, are from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

  • You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world

  • 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)

  • day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company

  • day off for blood donation

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?

    • onboarding in the Information Support Team

    • independent/collective UX research

    • independent/collective UX research, communication of results and systematisation of knowledge within the knowledge base

    • optimisation of research processes and the system for storing results

      • looking for patterns and explaining events with the help of data

      • developing reports and dashboards for business users

      • handling ad-hoc requests

      • testing hypotheses within the department and from business users

      • conducting AB testing and providing recommendations based on its results

      • drawing conclusions on product performance and optimisation

      • setting up alerts for threshold indicators

      • monitoring and operational work with reports

      • participating in the development of tools and algorithms together with specialists from the Data Science team

      To achieve the results, you will need:

      • at least 2 years of experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports

      • performing analytical tasks on a turnkey basis

      • knowledge of key conversions and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)

      • experience in optimisation and automation of similar operations

      • development of terms of reference for the creation of new types of data required to perform tasks

      • high level of SQL skills for data queries (window functions, data grouping)

      • advanced knowledge of one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/PowerBI)

      Challenges for six months:

      • learning about all available data sources

      • learning the process of solving typical tasks

      • development of reports and dashboards from the planned pool

      • adaptation in the team and staff

      • completion of specific tasks according to the plan

      • proper quality of task performance

      • ensuring the process of analysing requests from the backlog
